Activity Details:
Video Analysis: Your group will be provided with a video depicting an accident, incident, and near miss scenario. Collaborate with your group members to watch the video attentively and take comprehensive notes on your observations.
Application of Day 1 Learning: Utilizing the insights gained from Day 1, you will collectively prepare a detailed incident report. This report should encompass a thorough description of the incident, an exploration of preventive measures that could have been taken, and a connection to the theoretical concepts covered in class.
Assignment Submission: Follow the instructions provided by your instructor to submit your group’s assignment. Ensure that all requirements are met and that your analysis is well-structured and supported by evidence.
Group Presentation: As a culmination of this assignment, each group will present their findings to the class. This presentation offers the chance to showcase your analytical abilities, critical thinking, and understanding of incident investigation principles.
